Signed-in learners can create one tracked request, receive a case reference, and return for status. An owner decides exceptions; this page never moves money or promises approval automatically.
Policy
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Zacai does not issue partial-period refunds; exception requests receive owner review. Full rules are in the Terms.
